When musicians speak about the “Trademark SPECTOR® Tone™”; it’s the warm, powerful growl of the NS-2™ they are referencing. In reality, very little has changed regarding the design or components of this model since the early 1980’s.

•Hand built in New York State, USA, the NS design, first used in 1977, has been much copied but never bettered. This bass is at the highest end of custom instruments and represents the culmination of over 35 years of excellence from Spector and is faultless to play. All the usual specifications plus a stunning 4A quilted maple top top and lightweight Redwood chambered body with unique pale moon ebony fingerboard. Electronics are the new EMGX pickups and the Hazlabs 2 band eq for that classic Spector tone!
